From January 2022 to May 2023, I freelanced for Feel Good Foods, a company dedicated to crafting celiac-friendly snacks. During my tenure, I wrote The Good Guide, a collection of articles that spanned enticing recipes, in-depth product features, and support guides tailored for individuals navigating life with celiac disease.
